Our Booking Policies

Cancellation

We value your time and our stylists’ time. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled services, and a valid card will be kept on file. No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. You will also be required to provide a valid credit card to book future appointments. If you cancel within the 24-hour period on multiple occasions or fail to show up, Sage Hair Co. reserves the right to place you on a Walk-In only list. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment may result in your appointment being rescheduled to a later date, and a late fee will be charged before rebooking.

Payment

To ensure a better experience for everyone, Sage Hair Company now requires all new and current guests to have a credit card on file. This policy helps us reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, allowing our talented stylists to focus on providing you with the best service possible.

We also have a 3% card fee on all services paid by credit/debit card.
